Councilor Ishaia

I'm wondering if anyone has any good deck suggestions with her? Any cards that really work well with her? I know that Ice Barrier is very helpful but what are some others? I'm using her with Marlok the Repentant and I don't have enough for Councilor Doyen. What other mages can be used? Thanks for your time.

I'd save up for Councilor Doyen and try to make a Noz-Zil control deck.  Get some attack manipulation and discard cards.

Granted, that won't be too cheap.  I don't know what else is good with her other than any spell, really.  She boosts anything that's non-AoE.  One of the new cards, 100,000 Volts gives +3 Spirit (So it should give Ish +4 Spirit.)  Try messing with that.

I've seen a deck that used 2 compendiums + ish not to long ago. But without crystal strom. And it seemed like a lot of fun.

something like this:

[card]Ice crystals[/card] x3
[card]Magic servant[/card] x3
[card]The last word[/card] x3
[card]Ice barrier[/card] x3
[card]Double clay[/card] x3

Well that is the core of the deck.
Fill the rest up with card needed to counter certain decks you have troubles with, that scepter of anryena. or offensive spells for quick kills on high defense low spirit guys.

The strategy is simple. First upgrade your defenses with Ice barrier and Double clay.
Then use The last word/magic servant+ Ice Crystals to get your attack up.

Downside of the deck is that it is not that fast and cards that discard your attached cards will be a pain.

Ishaia really is a support character in here, but that is a role she fulfills very well.
