when i play the card honor the enemy as my 2nd card it still removes a cor rune. how am is supposed to chain a card that uses my cor rune into this card?

example
runic training takes 2 cor runes but when i chain honor the enemy with this card it still removes the cor rune before the fight starts.

The fact you use the card as the second one doesn't change the text.
The runic cards uses the runes they can, even you can't do anything with this.
The text doesn't state that the Cor Rune is used only if you have chained something.

From what you wrote, I suppose that the Cor Rune is removed from you character by [card]honor the enemy[/card] before the runes are used for [card]runic training[/card] even you play [card]runic training[/card] before [card]honor the enemy[/card].
If this is the case, it seems to me that is a bug and a screenshot would be really appreciated to help the developers.

like it or not like it
purposely or not
active or not
the rune that written on the card will removed
that is the basic play of rune

OK as you can see in the pictures it plays it before the fight even starts even if its the 2nd card no matter what i chain it with.

as you can see the card before it has activated 1st yet the rune was already removed so even if i were to want to use it for the card before it wouldnt let me.

I understand clearly there is a bug.
The rune is removed when the card is played, not when the card activates.

Official statement : it's not a bug (rune are checked and removed when the card is played, except for Honor your Enemy since there is a need for a check on the chain ability), but since it can lead to stupid situations (like the one you've encountered), we'll look for a way to "fix" it.

thanks i hope they fix it soon i sometimes forget and end up losing fights because i play it in the wrong order
