Note: This is for a mono merc deck.
[card]Mutiny[/card] Pro: Affects all characters severely limiting the opponents choice of cards, not just a waiting game. Overrides a dissidence played on you previously.
stupide: Only affects one turn. Not the turn you play it.
[card]Dissidenz[/card] Pro: Activates immediately, and stays there for a bit. Can mess up opponent's turn order planning.
stupide: Only one character affected. Opponent can wait it out, must be played first on your turn for maximum effect, limiting your own cards playable that turn.

Oh, another pro for mutiny is if you are trying to protect a key character that is ooc but will fight next turn. Or to counter a card you know is coming next turn like a LB3 in a MMM lightning deck. If they go first, you can't counter it with dissidence, you have to counter it the turn before with mutiny or mental prison or something.
