Leveling spells

I notice the cards I use, that are not characters, also gain xp. How do I level them up?

For most of them you don't. If they have no number, it means they have no evo.

But to evolve one card who needs another cards you need those cards to be full xp.

I hope I'm understandable.

For example for [card]Lil Laddie[/card] you need a [card]Coordinated Attack[/card] and it need to be at 100% xp.
