well I've seen craftsman have special item that are affiliated or for that certain character... why doesn't she have an item? at least "Neixiram the Goat" got a helm with +1 def... 
i cant imagine how his horns will fit...

their crafstman's item are all runic legion's item...
I think that's why there is no other benefits. all other craftman's item are playale by any guilds...(except nehantic since they have no craftsman and can't play with mercenaries...)
