Didn't got Fee'z

Bought 200 fee'z via SMS, but I didn't got them, now it says my key has no use anymore.
Need any more info?

Open a ticket to the support using the "contact us" button in the mailbox in game.
Fill all the details such as the code your received, the time of the transaction, eventually a number of receipt.
