Problems Linking Kongregate Account

My friend is trying to link his kongregate account to the main site so he can buy feez but it won't let him.  There used to be an option to set your password on kongregate so you could use your kongregate username and the password you just set to log on to the main site.  The option to set the password no longer appears.  None of us on kongregate can make the option to set password appear so it's not just his computer.  Please help
