If you have the card Dark Destiny, you can use that in conjunction with Basking In the Sun with Nomads

I'm also stuck there... AoE and Spread Damage won't work on the Chalice sword... Already tried.

Yea, at first I was like fine I will use my sniper deck and that failed and thats when I came up with the basking in the sun for attack - 3 per card and dark destiny for attack - 6

It works with the card u can only use in the adventure, dunno the name but it gives you +5 Def and deals 1 DMG to him

The second mission is bugged. I used shulong and played dark destiny in turn 4 -> -12 attack but I could not kill chalice.

I'm not sure if it's a problem with venerable shulong (one among many others) or a general bug though.

I'm not sure if it's a problem with venerable shulong (one among many others) or a general bug though.

Chalice's ability activates at the start of the round. So no use to reduce her damage during the battle. You have to use permanent effect cards.

But there are easier ways. You can use cards that deal health loss instead of damage, like The Dead Gods (Act IV trophy) or With Evil Intentions (reward from the last Halloween event).

You can kill it with [card]Crystal storm[/card], too.

Or even easier. Play the [card]Malicious Spirit[/card] favor: there's a bug that let you damage her even if she hasn't have 0/0 attack.

Honestly I wont even try to clear this one until they fix the AoE bug. It seems that no AoE damage can hurt him be it magic or direct.

[card]crystallization[/card] cant work because the enemy has to damage you in order for their attack to go down.  Since mostly dragon knights would use it (because its a card made for surviving a long time), theres no way you could get an opposing card to 0 attack, because around 3 attack, they cant do anymore damage to you.

[card]illusory cloak[/card] : None of the newer players have this card (I know I dont... wasnt it a reward from a while ago?).  Plus, its random.

Cystal Storm is the answer as it damages Chalice before its ability to check for damage. That is if you have a Crystal Storm deck.
