Ho la ricevuta di paypal che il pagamento è andato a buon fine, ma al momento non ho ricevuto i fez dopo 24 ore dal pagamento, che devo fare?

Io ho speso 10 euro in feez il 12\02, ma ad oggi non mi è arrivato ancora nulla...ho conservato l'e-mail dell'avvenuto pagamento, come dobbiamo muoverci?
