points not counting

Hi, im having a problem with the points for completing some trophies are not counting. "The mercenary exterminator" and "Hearts" are not counting my points. the first one is stuck at 48, and since the  lasts 2 fights i had with complete mercenaries deck i get no points. The last fight i had one in the Amnezy tournament, the opponent left the math at the 3rd turn, and it did not count. And i really need any of those trophies to get a a point for the Valentin´s event
