Does anybody knows how to completely delete an old account that it used to have the same name as Im using right now?
Ex: My ingame name is Kian Shaagan, i started a few months ago and my first account was named Kian Shaagan too, but then i deleted it cause some mistakes i made. Then i made a new one named Advechie, once again i made a mistake and deleted it, then the third and last time i made this one named as the first one Kian Shaagan.
My problem is that when any of my friends wants to chat/duel with me, they get some kind of error that says: Player profile couldnt be recovered.
Sorry but I dont know if its says that cause my language is spanish but its translation should looks like that.
I got some friends that did the same as me, they made an account with X name then deleted it, then made a new one with the same old name. When i try to chat/duel with them, i got the error that they get with me.
Im really sorry for my english, i hope someone understand me and lend me a hand with this cause nobody seems to know what happens at spanish forum and Feerik/Eredan mods arent answering either.
