Yeah, they nerfed all of the 'Strength of ' items so that they're only one turns boosts, like potions.

No, they didn't nerf anything, there never was "permanent" on the card.
They have corrected the behaviour of the cards, the first behaviour was a bug.

I've never lost against someone playing those. I just laugh at the fact "they fall off" No reason to fear them anymore. So no...not powerful, just a good joke.

dude, just think of it as atrophy card. nothing else in the game gives that much bonus in the three categories in 1 turn

They are a trophy card. You only get one. The moment I finally got them. They got nerfed. Not useful, and not powerful anymore. So they are 'Trophy' in name only. To sit on a shelf and collect dust.
