NO Reward Card

I'm old player just like 1 year before now im already start playing this game
But i'm standby and not play this game, Now im back and im hear so many news here

Some new player get reward card call mercenary deck
But i didnt get it, i'm just get 1 year old card
My friend say to try finish Tutorial @ Help tab
But when im finish it i didnt get my card.

Please help me, something wrong ?

You have to do the tutorial new version with Amnezy.
If you did the tutorial and get nothing, send an email to Sapphon (with the name of the game account), there is a known bug with the attribution of this trophy and this reward.
