Reward not received

Hey I was playing and I got this message:
You have received
The item(s) Premium account 7 days,
1600 xp

Buuuuut I didn't get the premium account item or anything... Is this a bug?


P.S. By the way where is the Noz tent region? I have a quest with it, but I can't find it in the World.

Hi !

For 1st question, yes it's a known bug.
But the bug is that you received the message. You shouldn't.
So it's normal you didn't receive the reward.

For the Noz Tent, you can find it on the Effries map. The blue tent in the middle.

Sorry to disappoint you but the message itself is a bug, you shouldn't have received it wink

The Noz tent? I think you're talking about a mission regarding the Effries quests? Go to the Effries map and you should see the blue tent nerly in the middle!
