I've participated in 3 or 4 jousts so far. I am not participating in this one because I am reconsidering my position towards the game.

Until the January event it was enough to use 3-4 boosters to fully benefit from the monthly events. For me this was perfectly reasonable. But for this event you have to buy about 8 boosters to get both cards (unless you are farming the 5 or 8 energy missions like crazy). This is double.

I've said this before, Eredan is the best Online card game at the moment, but sadly, despite it's brilliant designers, the management seem to care only about maximizing profits. (which can be considered normal but it remains to be seen if it will be a winning mid-term strategy)

I think the problem with these joust tournaments is that they're fundamentally all almost the exact same thing.  The only difference is that there might be a new character or combo from the most recent release that works well.  They need more tournament variation.  I would love to see a sealed deck or booster draft tournament.

I agree that Feerik is trying to maximize its profits.  They had a few events before that were quite fun and everyone could enjoy them such as Pokeredan and the banner tournament.  Wish they would make a few more events like these since they would encourage more people to play the game and increase the player base.
