When you create a deck with Shulong, you can only put Shulong as character, no other character are allowed in this deck.

Yes, you can use other characters with this version.
For my extensive knowledge of everything 
I read almost all the French forum (and a good part of the English one). I have a good memory and being Moderator allows me to have sometimes quicker answer from the staff when I have a question.

I have been unable to try this with V-Schlong as I don't have all the cards. But wondering if it will work.
Even turn, play Illumination. This action is copied, and it would then (in theory) pull the two Collisions out of my deck and play them.
Problem is, V-Schlong cannot play spells on Even. But, he's not technically 'playing' them, either, much in the same way that AoE isn't allowed to be played with other cards, but combos can make it happen.
So, is this a valid combo?

Just played against a Venerable Shulong and I was able to reduce his defense and attack the entire game at all turns. Is this a bug or a ruling on his text that I am unaware of?

A bug...his defence is reduced by Obesity too. Very much doubt they'll fix it either...otherwise they would have done so by now.
