selling bug?

Im tring to sell Kuraying Level 3 Foil. its only letting me sell for between 100-900

on the market Kuraying Level 1 sells for 600
A level 2 sells for 3000
A level 4 sells for 15000   and none of those are foil

Why am i only able too put it up for 100-900
