Emeritus Duelist & Kensensei in the Same Deck?

It is stated on the eredan wiki website:

No more than 3 copies of the same card in a deck: Cards bearing the words "unique" can only have 1 copy of that card in the deck. Evolutions of a card are considered copies of the same card, and are still limited by the unique and 3-card restrictions.

The rule quoted above is still somewhat vague to me.  Perhaps one of you knows the answer to my question:

Is it possible to have BOTH [card]Emeritus Duelist[/card] AND [card]Kensensei[/card] in the SAME deck?

nope..only one unique card allowed
