I used my foil card on my Kokrem and when I leveled him up to lv4 instead of having a foiled legendary card he became a ... regular legendary card.
This is more of a warning for those who used their foils on the Ice Elfs and want to keep them goldy and shiny xD.
"Of course they don't want that (adding more crystals to the game) to happen, because then the outrageous card prices would drop"
