Not really considering many of the people understood it. I think it's more of a lack of sense on Cpt. part.

I read it the way in English it reads as. However if whomever does the translation had been more specific about bug I didnt even know existed I would have understood from the start that they actually MEANT. I take back what i said. Read and understand are two different things actually.
"Same bonus", and "all bonuses" are very easy to misunderstand, really. Blame the translators
since i know the bug on fog hydra i guess or the col whatsoever is just blinded by his low patience
