Marketplace bug

I've tried to buy the spoiled item to upgrade souchi for awhile. Each time I go to buy it it tells me that there was an error and the card i want to purchase is no longer on the market. So I refresh. There it is again.  I go to buy it. Same thing. Now Its been hours that this keeps happening so it has to be a bug right?

Few hours later...now there are multiple copies of this card and I still can not buy either one. The same message pops up telling the both cards are no longer available for purchase. Yet I refresh and they are still there. Whats going on?
