Joust of Death III

This weekend come and participate in the Joust of Death III! Go to battle in the Tournament room !

Dates :

From Friday December 16 2011 at 11AM (French Time) to Sunday December 18 2011 (French Time).

Restrictions :

Format : 1 Character, Deck of 15 Cards.
Only one unique card per Deck.

The following cards are banned :
Sol'ra Avatar, Scragh, and Dissidence

Rewards :

The players who rank in the top third will receive the \"New Arrival\" booster. The ranking is specifically by Elo.

And For The Winners:
-1st : 10 Fee'z for each person registered for this tournament.
-2nd : 7 Fee'z for each person registered for this tournament
-3rd : 5 Fee'z for each person registered for this tournament.
-4th to 8th : 4 Fee'z for each person registered for this tournament.
-9th to 16th : 3 Fee'z for each person registered for this tournament.

The players who play at least one game in this tournament will receive an Artwork 'Moneyed'.

Registration Fee's :

To participate in this tournament it will cost you 200 Fee'z..

The Enemy is in the store

The players who did not complete the trophy: The Enemy,can now access it in the Eredan iTCG store.

Win 25 games against different players with 3 characters from the same Class. One of your characters must be a Mercenary, one of your characters must be affiliated to another Guild and one of your characters must belong to one Caste. You will earn the Secrete Society card and the title: the Enemy.

Secret Society : Action. Collector. Attack +2 if the opponent's character shares no Class with your character. Defense +2 if your opponent's character shares no common Guild with your character. Chain is limited to your character's Class.

LoL this will be fun.. Only the one unique thing sucks.. I'm preddicting a lot of strong one marauders trying to one shot anything.

looks like interesting conditions with only 1 char... just sucks that i have to work this weekend... and 200 feez again.

I don't know, I've been thinking on a lot of possibilities for this combination. Not sure wich one I would try..

Master Mistic Slayer is an option, Abombination another, Saphira Zil once as well. Hydra woul depend too much on you starting with it's time..

Foam Giant, could well, if you manage to get some defencives items in the first turn so you dont get killed on turn on, and mass 2 firions on turn 2...

Some clerics could fit as well..

Only mage I see working would be pilkin with his turn 1 spirit bonus..

Archmage would give you a better draw, but shes papper, While Pilkin can play a draconic spell and add 2 armor..

Melisandre could work as a good Warrior.. Ragnor has a nice turn bonus, but without races to give him a good Brother in Arms wouldn't work well.. Maybe the new hom-chai guy who has 18hp can do well with a turn 2 IHAS..

Kebeck, could work as well, 6 weapons on the decks, 3 obesity, 3 solaris, 3 Dazzle, some support..

Eternal, could try all kind of diferent stuff, just not discarding...

Avalonian Queen, could work, if you dont get one hitted in the first turn...

Anazra would be nice if you could start with TTD + Screat Weapon all the time.. 17/17 and your enemy hitting minnium..

My unique card is surely going to be The Last Hope..

Edit: Correction, all I see (and I'm also using) is Iron Mask with Vital Siphons..

The gold per minute is incredible for this event!

As for characters Keizan warrior is not bad. He can land some serious hurt over a few turns with magic poison and has lot of maneuverability in chain with life devourer, amber dagger, brothers in arms. Can play defense with Dais intervention (+3 def, heals 1), lower spirit and improve magic poison with flowering and also play whisper for suppression.

Really solid decks that I've met are:

Nehant mage with vital syphon and demon may rise
Shadow mage with turned to the shadow side (vulnerable to draw and opp clumsiness though) and Suspicion of Treason
Souchi with stink bomb - noob deck though relies 100% on luck
Eternal with healing
Mellissandre with Quick Draw and distracted
Kebek with solaris and support of the gods

Again the level is very high as most decks are stacked, which is great.

O well, in seven matchs i played during lunch, I got 5 Iron mask.. 1 Hydra, 1 Stone Eater..

yeah i would say Kuraying with Turned to the shadow side can rule cause he got realy high spirit nad high def at the first turn..15 card means big chance to get 1 TTSS and after that she is nearly unkillable for mages and gives a hard time to meelles with Illusory Reflection..

And Suspect of treason destroy anything.. Because since the small draw, you will 75% of the matchs manage to play one every turn...

Would only suffer aganst decks like Hydra, Master Mistic slayer.. who dont use guidl rleated cards.

At first glance, I think a lot of people are going to be running one-shotters.

I'll be using something different. ;D But rest assured it's going to be a major pain to all those one-shotters.

EDIT: ACK! 200 FEEZ! I'm a little shortchanged right now, so I might as well throw this out there:

I was all excited when I saw this because I initially thought it said 200 crystals... Then I tried to sign up and realized it was Feez.
