Trading cards

Has anyone suggested the ability to trade cards directly with players?
Seems to me that in a "trading card game" players should have the ability to trade cards . . . otherwise it should be called a buying/selling card game. For instance, if I met someone on here who has an extra runic gauntlet and wants to trade me for my extra marlok, why couldn't we trade without having to sell in the market place? I mean I understand that money needs to be made and all and thats fine, only allow it for players who have purchased cards in the last 3 weeks like you do with marketplace. You might even charge a preset tax for trading like 100 crystals for commons 500 crystals for uncommons and 1000 crystals for rares to be split by the two players trading. It would save alot of hassle with me trying to sell a card then buy a card and finding the one I want, waiting for ever to sell something . . .

Of course I guess you would need a chatroom for that . . .

Hey there is another good idea, an official chatroom instead of the off site chats that players are using now.

I'm sure it's been suggested, but they won't implement it because it's easily exploited.

Re : Trading cards

could only alow players to trade cards with the average price close to the other.

for example i can trade my card listed to cost 5000 by another one close, like 4000-6000

we couldnt trade for example a bang! for a new start

That's true.  Now that we have roof and ceiling prices (sigh) we can easily gauge an average and a clause where the cards have to be about equal in price.

Re : Trading cards

but prices change a lot... one week a card was 2k and next week 15k... where s the average? Feerik wont do it anyways because the market is the only way for them to take out the crystals they put in the game by wins and trophies... they will certainly keep their money taker

Re : Trading cards

Yea, a common misconception about the market is that the cards have set prices.

Players make the prices, hence why any and all QQ about the cost of things is pa-trolled by me.

Making a trade based on market prices can never happen because of the above sentiments.

Making a trade based on rarity is also easily exploitable, therefore ineffective.
