can anyone show a pic of kokrem level 4
and does anyone know of a deck with foam giant,ookoni,and scragh that was suppose to be good .

Jorus Scragh and foamy maybe.
Ookooni works wonders when paired with Yu Ling and Kyoshiro, otherwise he's just a slab of meat.
Can't help with the Kokrem thing, sorry. Check the discussions section, there are a couple of topics about him that you might find it in.

The lvl 4 art, as far as I know, is impossible to find right now. Having the card image would mean someone has unlocked it, and since it doesn't unlock until the end, we won't know until then.
