Everytime it activates, it discards the last card on your hand from left to right. Fact. It's possible to manipulate your own hand during the discard phase to "choose! what card i'll allow whip to discard. Doesnt happen on random discards from other cards i've seen.

I will have to observe this the next few times I play against circus discard...but if its true, that would be a nice benefit to use

i cant confirm this... maybe because u played 2 cards in that round, leaving 3 cards in hand, you simply had the same spot discarded over and over again.

when i play against whipusers with my items have soul homchai i wont play any cards and the cards beeing dropped are totally random

It can also be a false impression.
The cards are rearranged after the card is discarded.
The impression is that the most right card is always discarded, which is not the case.

The last times I have seen a whip against me, I do not remember that the card was not random.

i don't believe it's a false impression coz after the first few times i'd pay attention to figure what the story is, but maybe it's true. It also happesn that everytime telendar plays 2 theft against me i lose 6 cards, no exceptions... unlucky? maybe! but i definitely makes you wonder...

I always have the same feeling that when I play Theft I remove only one card and when Theft is played against me, it is always 3 card in the discard.
In fact, it is just because when I desesperatly need a result, it is not the one I want, everything works correctly on theses.
