So is the zil card [card]Head start[/card] immediately evolve to Sup once the exp bar is full or it need another card?

no if it evolved it would have a number in the upper right instead of a -
keep in mind some cards take multiple cards to evolve into a single card, for instance dark stone heart + silene and selene = the shadow.

Uh you probably saw the card in the shortcut in my last post. Actually Head start has a number on the top right.

The card evolve in [card]Stirring Up Hatred[/card] without the need of any other card.
