How long does it take for the system to recognize a card is NOT selling at it's minimum price before it changes?

Examples:
Time blast - 150 copies on sale at 18k.
Sacred Avalonian Blade - 44 copies at 88k.

It seems a little too long, and abusable, you can keep buying a copy each day and force the price to stay up :S

And you gain what ?
10% of taxe, a lot of cards you do not use.
Not sure it is a good move.

By the way if you buy only the lower prices of the cards, the median price of the card will get down anyway. The price is adjusting to the price of the sale.
So the minus price will be lower and you can put in sale a card cheaper than the day before.

And the point is ?
Before you have nothing to sell a 100cx common card.
Now you have something.
Not 100cx, yes it is intended. The aim of this game is not to destroy the cards but play with them.
