Should it affect cards brought back from discard with Cloning / Void?
Cause IIRC obesity doesn't

In general manner, a card affects all the cards displayed on the board at the time the card is resolved.

The cards brought back after this time are not affected.

the rules have been clarified on this point in French, I'm not sure this has been translated in all languages.
