Deck: Zil Lay Down The Low

Hi folks, I finally got saphyra to put this deck to work and so far this is the set up, i wouls apreciate few suggestions.

(by the way, the last zil releases brought me back to the game)

[card]telendar[/card]
[card]the shadow[/card] = i ieould love to get an [card]abomination[/card]
[card]saphyra the zil[/card]

core:
[card]assassination [/card]x3
[card]living dagger[/card] x3
[card]fist blade[/card] x2 = i plan to swap fist blade for [card]artrezil's blade[/card], but 90k for each is a bit heavy...
[card]Dagger master[/card] lvl 3 x1
[card]chink in the armor[/card] x2
[card]at daggers drawn[/card] x1
[card]time to die[/card] x1

fillers
[card]magic shield[/card] x1
[card]storm[/card] x1
[card]obesity[/card] x2
[card]fallback [/card]x 2
[card]ill omen[/card] x1

first impressions: the deck is fast and efficient for most of the course. Has a good rate of oneshots, delivers great amount of damage and can get even through high def chars without much trouble. Highlights for telendar chaining dagger master and chink in the armor... in situations it would have left one enemy alive wothout the latter. I even beat a seemingly well built discard deck on the 3rd turn (i say seemingly coz i didn't have time to see the rest... hehe). In fact i'm having loads of fun with it!

Downsides are it is extremely vulnerable to full-fledged mage decks (especialy noz mage) and is hard to play against immortal because i didn't quite figure out how to deal with them. Also Shadow is a bit at loss because there isn't much to chain for her. The main core strategy works only from 4th turn on because of chink in the armor and dagger master, wich needs a character to have 2 daggers equipped previously.

So this is it, I wait forward for opinions!

Take out Chink in the Armor.  They seem too weak.  Put Artrezil's Daggers int heir place, and maybe sub out one Living Dagger for one Artrezil's.  Keep the Fist Blades, they're pretty good.

And Magic Attack is......  A little more than useless IMO.  More At Dagger's Drawn to make Dagger Master easier to accomplish.

maybe, but chink in the armor plus shaphyra's ability = 10 direct on one opponent on 5/5 on two in ONE turn, and all for -4 attack... very tactical though.

and magic shield is a test i'm running, but anyway i do need some anti magic feedback

by the way i'd add [card]last hope[/card] and/or [card]offensive[/card] and/or [card]sentence[/card]

Eh, like a lot of cards, and this even translates to Magic for decent cards:  There's always a better card.

Sentence is good if you're having trouble against Immortal.  You know what's cool about Solaris?  The character dies if you use Sentence against them and they use Solaris.  Last Hope probably wouldn't be too great, but Offensive could.  You'll almost always have a higher attack than your opponent.

Re : Deck: Zil Lay Down The Low

I'v already make a almost this type of deck but rather than shadow i use bloodsword for def support, though your build is a little expensive and I only have 6 daggers in my deck ... 3 obscure and 3 fist blade ... but hay its all the same we can win in 3 - 4 turns with only a few consequence ....

Stirring up Hatred is great, I feel.  In a best case scenario, one of your character's plays one last turn, you play your character with two daggers, play dagger master, Oops, 8 damage to every one of your opponents character's.

Re : Deck: Zil Lay Down The Low

Let me say that [card]Telendar[/card] is you best direct damager in this deck with effect came from [card]saphyra the zil[/card] you can do 6 direct damage each in [card]dagger mastery[/card] and 5 firect damage for [card]chick in armor[/card] even though it only looks they receive the original dammage. for [card]saphyra the zil[/card] with out [card]artrezil's blade[/card] she's the only one who can chain a dagger and a dagger mastery for  quick succession, of course she has an equip dagger on her before she can chain dagger + dagger mastery and she's also good at chaining dagger mastery + chick in armor .... in times I an short of daggers i use steal XD

humm... cool... thanks for the technicalities! but i guess steal would rob me of an important slot to fit in some more direct card, wouldn't it?

and yes, indeed... two stirring up hatred and there you go... 24 damage in ONE turn!... even quick draw with bow don't do that much damage spread usually! haha!

And have a weaker deck because you wanted to steal anything.

Golemarlok is.....  Weak.  He's neat, but he's weak.

Re : Deck: Zil Lay Down The Low

I would rather chose golemar tha foam XD but I did not put golemar in this deck bcz this dagger deck is good for murader .... if you put Abom, Shadow, or wild you could control there attack points with oh my gosh XD but any way this deck is built quick kill
so go and give it to them all!!
