Naginata + It is Time

Im not really sure if this a bug but I think it is. the stage 2 version of Naginata gives a +1 attack and +2 defense when the character has obtained his order bonus. It Is Time triggers the order bonus but not the Naginata bonus even though the card says it activates when character has received order bonus.

Naginata bonus triggers before the cards are resolved.
So it's time is useless.

Try [card]Skyward Boots[/card]

Be warned though, cards that trigger at the start of the round have a certain order of activation. Try equipping Naginata first, then try equipping Quick boots first, take note of which one works.
