So it heals rather then damage? huh??

Nope, it doesnt heal but sometimes the extra damage made by the keg is added to the opponents health again.
Example:
Opponent has 0 def, 12 health and a [card]powder keg[/card] attached.
You have 10/10 attack and a powder weapon equipped.
You hit the opponent for 13 damage, his health goes down to -1, then suddenly he gains 3 health, leaving him alive with a total of 2.
If this is what you mean this bug has been around for quite a while but i was never able to recognize any pattern.

please, somebody, somewhere on feerik pretty office, please take a look at this bug.. this is one of the oldest pirate card and yet there are no real attempts at all to fix it

The damage is correct. It just registers as too much sometimes, especially when it comes to Spirit.
The Kegs do fire SPELL damage. And because of the keg being an item that inflicts magic damage directly, it doesn't register properly at first.
So, lets take flames of the phoenix (The deck I'm using as a main)
11 powder tokens in play
The character has, say 2 Spirit and 12 Health.
FoP Does 11 Fire Magic Damage+ 3 fire magic Damage from Keg
Keg doesn't activate individually, but rather latches it's damage onto the damage being inflicted, so, the character in question will suffer 12 Fire magic damage at first.
The spirit defense was only taken into account once, since the damage from keg and Flames of the phoenix were lumped together. It'll add 2 Health back, because Powder Keg's effect wasn't reduced by that characters spirit.

The damage is correct. But the Kegs do NOT fire SPELL damage but DIRECT damage.
There is only a display bug. For exemple :
Opponent has 0 def, 12 health and a powder keg attached.
You have 10/10 attack and a powder weapon equipped.
You hit the opponent for 10 damage (attack) + 6 (keg count for double in the display, this is the bug), his health goes down to -4, then he gains 3 health.
We are working on the display bug, but the effect is ok.
