Kounok + Training Room
Seems like I cant level the normal Kounok, I get the last evolution character message, while with the other Kounok I leveled just fine

because kounok the dragon lvl3 is already considered at max level

Then why was I able to level Kounok the Prophet to lvl 3 max exp :S?

If Kounok were max level it shouldnt be mergeable, or its level number should be yellow :S

well its how it goes to the game kounok dragon level three is already max cause its a merge material unlike prophet who needs kounok dragon max to be merge with

Note that it will be the same with Aez warrior and Harès the brute. Their level 3 is their max level so they can't be played in training room but they're still needed full XP to level up respectively Aez king and Hares the runic.
