What happens behind the scenes

Playing this game and seeing the updates makes me want to know more about the people behind the game

So here are two main questions that have been in my head for some time, to any freerik staff here if they do read this)

1) how many of you are there in total working on the game big group or small group?

2) How do you guys come up with card designs and story lore? is it brainstorm or is it more whatever floats the boat at the time?

As far as I know, there is about 15 people working on Eredan ITCG.
The story comes only from the imagination of Dimizar.
