Arachnohonia Discarding
Arachnophobia states at the end of the fight its placed in your deck. I understand if a card played by my opponent causes me to discard it. Then it should go into my graveyard. But cards like [card]Magic Shield [/card] and [card]The Council's Decision[/card] which ingore spells played are also discarding it. Clearly it doesnt say 'discard' but 'ingore'. So shouldn't it be simply ignored and then placed back in the deck??

Well, since return of the spell to the deck is an effect of the card and those cards ignore all the card effects. I belive it is right discard it.
