Drowning the sorrows chain-bug

Why can you chain with Drowning the Sorrows, when it doesn't say that you can on the card?

Is the chain wording missing from the card, or is this a genuine bug?

Translation error.

Missing "chain" and "permanent" on the card displayed on the forum.
could be the same in the game.
