Since the text on Shuriken didn't specifically mention chain 'what', I assume it could chain with spell card too if I use Guemelite char like Amaya or Hime.

But somehow it cannot chain with "Lightning Chain" spell.. I haven't test chaining it with other lightning spell (anyone mind testing the Shuriken chain with other lightning spells using Amaya?) but I did succeed chaining it with "Katamaru" spell using Hime.

Lightning chain is an aoe spell and cant be chained at all.

try to chain lightning bolt lvl 1 that would work bcz AoE cards wont do chain even for mages

Lightning bolt is a Noz card, You can not use it on Amaya.

I see but still amaya "lightning gumet" can still use normal lightning spell..

Yes, she can
But if a spell is "Area of Effect" there is no way to chain it.

In fact, there is two ways : use [card]The Council's Banner[/card] (and play it from your hand) or [card]the hungry void[/card] (and get it from the grave)

how about spell mastery? can it be able to copy AoE spells

Ah, that explains. I didn't know that AoE spells can't be chained. Thank you, guys, for the tips. ^_^

If I may discuss it further, how bout for action card. Is there any non-event/collector action card chain-able with Shuriken with similar effect (AoE damage, even 1-2 damage are enough) ?
I know event/collector card like Storm and Explosion can but I'd like to explore other possibilities.

You've mention storm and explosion. The courts have [card]Sitar Hero[/card] and [card]Tea Ceremony[/card] as well.
