Sky inhabitants

Hello staff

I don't know if this is a bug or miskate of calculation of engine system but the spell sky inhabitants has a backdraw. When attached to an enemy and do damages this spell nullified the possibility of the mage to execute a melee attack.

This backdraw limits the possibilities of this teams in huge ranges of possibilities. I haven't test if this happen to the static charge spell.

If you can clarified this issue I'll be glad.

Have a good day

Re : Sky inhabitants

Dont think its a BUG

The card activates each time an opponent card activates in the same turn, this have some good things and bad things:

Good:
- Each time it activates the system calculates the damage that will be done, considering items and spirit.
(this is good because if you have one Sky Inhabitant attached to a character and you play first, you use a lightining rod as first card, then the opponent play a spell, the damage that the Sky Inhabitant previously attached will do after the opponent spell resolves take into account the lightning rod you just played for the bonuses to lightning spells and the bonus of Sky Inhabitant itself)
This is a great difference comparing to Static Charge that dont take lightning rod bonuses once atached to a character.

Bad:
- As Sky Inhabitant activates depending on the opponent cards played, it will do nothing if the opponent dont play cards or if he plays only items that activates when the turn ends (changes).

- In the same way when Sky inhabitant activates the system consider it as a damaging spell so even if you just played action cards with your mage that turn, it will cancel the physical attack of the character (characters that have more than the mage class will attack normaly)

This can be considered as a bad thing but i think is nice to have some nerf to the card because it hits so incredibly hard and for 2 turns!!!

Just play it in a Lightning pirate mage deck and dont in the powder pirate mage deck tongue

Re : Sky inhabitants

I play this decks mixed, powder - lighting and work pretty well but card that you "attach" and "play" (which cost you an slot of action!) may activate independently of the played cards in current turn, similar to static charge. In this order of ideas based in system and rules this card should be activated not preventing physical attack.

If I'm incorrect, this spell is worthless, specially with the fact that this kind of decks only have 2 pure mages, and you need 6 cards of a 20 cards deck (30% of the deck).

I'll be glad to see a response of support team, that seems to be busy all the times y write lot of bug without a good response, yes they fix it but don't have a moderator or something to tell us that is in work or listen?
