Immobilization effect not working

I want to report a bug.
I played ELO just yet (forgot to do screenshot sorry)...
I played "Immobilization" on "Abomination" (its foil "Abomination") and in turn 5 (I played "Naya" & he played "Abomination" with "Immobilization" already attached to him, coz I put it on turn 3)...

The thing is that he can play "It is time" and "Voodoo"...

My question are:
1. Are "It is time" & "Voodoo" not an action card?
2. If both of em are action cards than "Immobilization" card effect is not functioning well.

Immo is bugged.
Also reported in the french forum and Archibald said they're working on it.

I had a similar bug in  training match. I played Immobilization against 2 different players in different matches. The 1st time, the other player played Cubit Chakra, the 2nd time, they played Fight! chained with Blast!. Definitely bugged....
