Why are the prices for Fee'z different?!

My friend and I, from the same area, pay COMPLETELY different prices for our Fee'z. Neither of us realized, but I'm paying FOUR TIMES more than he is! Thats rediculous!

Can the Mods please Message me? I'll provide the screenshots and additional information.

I am a first time buyer, I had no promotional price at all
And he isn't a first time buyer. His is FOUR times cheaper!
I'm just pretty pissed right now

My cheapest option is 100 Fee'z for approx $3.30 USD after currency conversion, but he gets 390 Fee'z for that rate...
