bug or hack?

i was playing a match against a player i will not name, yet. everything was working fine until he was down to his last character and was about to lose the game. i selected 2 cards to blast his last character into oblivion and win the match. i went to confirm and the cards were returned to my hand and the timer continued to count down. i was no longer able to select cards and the fight icon wasn't there resulting in the timer counting down and me losing the match. i don't throw the word hack around lightly, but the fight icon disappearing happens quite a bit when i play against certain players. i can see it as a bug at the beginning of a match, but when it happens so late in a match and the player i'm up against is on the ropes, it makes me wonder if it's not more than just a bug.

that's bug...
i experience it also.
usually that happens when your connection with the server slowed down, and cannot deliver your last action...

Its a well known bug. I cannot tell you why it is not gone yet, but the dev team definately knows about it.
