Lightning Rod

Lightning Rod does not seem to be working correctly. When Static Charge deals it's damage after it has already been attached, it does not add in the bonus from Lightning Rod.

Static Charge, when attached, does not gain boni from such cards as lightning rod or staves. Neither does it gain boni from special effects of characters, such as erevent or ishaia.

Only when you actually play the card, you gain the bonus effects.
