Deck ideas?

I'm not a paying player so I have limited access to better cards. I'm trying to make one deck to help me get 2000 Elo just once. Once I get Ateb, the Elo is not important to me. However what are some really good ideas for me to use? I have full on Trackers but without some way to combat Courtesans, IHAS, Discard decks my Elo doesnt rise to high. Is there some way to better build it? Thanks for any input you may have in advance.

I don't want to crush your hopes, but there is no really cheap way to getting to top elo scores. You will need to be able to finance some heavy duty cards to be able to compete with the top end decks, which you would be facing later on.

you can make many different builds to go good in ELO, but some can only get you to a certain point before they stop winning, like trackers
