Spectator Mode

I can't remember if this has been suggested before, but a spectator mode would be pretty awesome.  I'd love to be able to watch some of my friends play games.  Either that, or a replay mode of some sort?

I'd settle for a log so I can check my moves and get a better learning experience by being able to go back and retrace my steps.
