Fee'z problem

I live in Taiwan
now, I can buy Fee'z
I pay 100 NT to buy Fee'z, but it cost my account 300 NT
if I pay 300 NT, I sould receive 900 Fee'z
but I only receive 300 Fee'z

I'm taiwanese, I have the same problem.
I use GASH choose the NTD$100(300 Fee'z)option, but it cost NTD$300 and I only get 300Fee'z
