Questions
First, How long do you have to wait on the last upgrade t clear for Akutsai to clear? I have him ready to e upgraded also the necessary card( Win using magic) at their proper state in order to be upgraded.
Second, When you purchase a booster using feez how long do have until you cant put any of your cards up for sale?
Last, I purchased 715 feez, I bought the sap heart deck for 280 so it should have left me with 435 but it left me with 315. Is thre some kind of tax applied?

For the first part, I suggest you to read this thread:

You will see that you need some Apostle to upgrade Akutsai.
For the second part, You can contact the support in game to clear your case.
But the promotion on Sap Heart booster was only Wenesday afternoon and Thursday morning until 09:00 French time (here you have spend the normal 400Feez amount).
