Apparently, Hares' mission is good for farming.
Before:
Ica-Rusty's Mechanical Arm - forest mission
Fireball - Zahal's Mission
From Hares' mission:
Captain Al Killicrew
Mysterious Aura
and 'bout 5 minutes before this post.... Distracted! Yay!
Yeah, I bought my Watchmaker and an Aging for about 18k total. (sniffs, tears streaming out of eyes)
Is there a way to complete the first quest in the call of the ice elf's quest line? Other then shelling out fee'z that is, because buying the completion for the quest sounds cheaper then searching for an ice elf card.
Ooh, I guess you missed the Christmas event. EVERYONE got a free ice elf deck. They aren't too expensive under normal circumstances, Ayir is usually at 100, but people without Ice Elves probably just got to the cheap ones first and others won't sell their's cheap cause they know the event'll drive up the prices.
If you're thinking up swords, you might want to add Arkalon's sword.
I want that sword.
catcatcat a écrit :Just out of curiosity, why isn't there a favorite male character contest?
Cause The Ugly Cor would win, hands down. no point.
yeah, him or Lodir or Jorus
To make sure Golems don't abuse this card, maybe the bonuses should require "Guemelite:"
Foamy...
Also, it gives new meaning to Warrior World Tree decks. (Keizan, Hundawa, Wreckwood) + Wild Buds... I know it reduces spirit but it makes it
1. Easier to shoot out nature spells
2. With 1 accomplished, Wild Buds much stronger
3. With 2 accomplished, a very competitive deck
The way it is, I would remove how universal it is (by giving it a guild or caste.) It would work well in Crow, Sap Heart, or with Venerable Shulong, so I suggest finding a way to fit it better into one of those.
Crow:
Undead:
Your character becomes a shadow guemelite instead of his current race
Shadow Guemelite:
Spirit -1, Attack -1, Defense -1
+1 to physical and magical damage dealt
-1 to physical, direct, and magical damage received
Gain chain if you play a spell of the type of your guemelite (non-a.o.e.)
Chain: Spell
Permanent.
Changes: Gives access to Gan'so, nullifies damage dealt by Bleeding
Sap Heart:
Spirit -1, Attack -1, Defense -1
Nature Guemelite:
+1 to physical and magical damage dealt
-1 to physical, and magical damage received
At the end of the turn, deals X physical damage to the opposing character where X=their current defense.
Gain chain if you play a spell of the type of your guemelite (non-a.o.e.)
Chain: Spell
Permanent.
Changes: Opposing character takes as much damage as there are of these attached to your character, makes Ydiane more effective, supports aforementioned Warrior World-Tree decks
Mercs:
Guild: Mercenaries
Spirit -1, Attack -1, Defense -1
Non-Ice elf:
+1 to physical and magical damage dealt
-1 to physical, direct, and magical damage received
Gain chain if you play a spell (without a caste) of the type of your guemelite (non-a.o.e.)
Chain: Spell
Permanent.
Changes: Limits card to Shulong, Fog Snake/Hydra, and Foamy, leaves The Eternal and Apostle out.
Any of these, I think, would make the card more effective while still not OP.
Don't know if there's a complete one in English, but here's a link to more links in French.

Actually, Master-Mage robe and Magic Study would help a lot. Compendium is a fun deck to play if you can get high spirit and strong spells out fast. Sinking (aka the cheap fireball) is great. Any permanent card that raises a mage's spirit permanently is good. If you don't have many crystals, Magic Study or Breaker might take a bit of saving up for, but I'd probably do that to get rid of the Discretions, Cubit Chakra, Blast, Weapon Dance, and other non-spell non-item cards.
Right... My suggestion was to make it a craftsman card, not add craftsman to the list. My reason for suggesting this is to try a new Ydiane + Warrior Keizan + Gaya? lineup. It would be a neo multi-race deck.
Ydiane or Keizan might start the game with one, and let Gaya put the rest on them, maybe even use [card]Multitasking[/card].
I like it, but have you considered Ydiane?
Don't know about her with three of those.
I'd make it a craftsman card, to require one in the deck. With a couple of tweaks, I could definitely see this as a perfectly legitimate and balanced card.
Oh, and Pythia + Delko + Sylphide + Crystal Storm + any number of these = terror
Voted for Corinthia, just cuz she's new to Eredan and Blackrune is still too expensive.
I just hope either she or Melissandre wins, as at the moment they're very pricey and I don't play Zil so Saphyra would be useless.
That is a very good example.
Who won?
I've been on the forums for a bit now, but I'm still a bit confused with some unfamiliar deck classifications. Could someone please give some examples of different groups?
Control-
Mill-
Aggro-
Beatdown-
Any examples are welcome!
And no golem priests...
<knock on door>
creepy voice: "Hihihuha... what did you say about golem priests?"
AH! Don't kill me, Aryhpas!
An automatic 15 turn boost.
On her order bonus, Doloreann could chain Heartrending Dilemma into this to do huge damage, then increase the turn number ridiculously because of the three or so time spells in her hand.
Comparison:
[card]Surprise Test[/card]
that's 2 for those of you w/o a calculator or pencil and paper.
If you see direct damage between 2 and 3. You'd see True damage between 1 and 2.
True damage card:
Action
deals 1-2 True damage to the opposing character.
Unless Sakina is alive, Den of the Madguy is in play, or the opposing character has Good Jorusien, the result is almost exactly the same.
So why add True damage?
I played your Pack deck.
Very shiny.
Actually, you're right on that part...
I just want to defend Good Jorusien now, because True damage would render it useless and it is a staple of most Craftsman decks.
True damage would cut right through them.
[card]Alishk[/card] is actually really useful...
My Compendium deck uses him with [card]Dragon Fury[/card], for a permanent spirit +3, [card]Magic Study[/card], and [card]Cut and Thrust![/card]. Dragon Fury makes sure you can use ...Than the Sword, and provides a strong resistance to Wild Buds. [card]Ice Crystals[/card] is also nice for either Alishk or whoever is using Crystal Storm.
It is a really nice build, though. Nicely done.
+1, then my only reason for arguing on this topic would be to defend the craftspeople.
This trophy makes for some interesting games. My pirate golems v. aelide yielded quite a battle of survivability.
That's one of the best match-ups IMO. Mechanists usually win, especially when they have sarah.
Being uncounterable, it'd simply be reliable.
If you see direct damage between 2 and 3. You'd see True damage between 1 and 2.
And there is absolutely no correlation with Ecstasy.
Ecstasy doesn't care how much dmg you take (less is better for you), only how often.
[card]The Den of the Madguy[/card] in play speaks otherwise. Playing a direct damage card probably won't work well enough to damage anyone, so Ecstasy doesn't work well that turn.
Playing a "true damage" card would activate it.
In short, a "true damage" [card]Dismemberment[/card] is a heckuva lot scarier than a normal one.
And so, the ability to counter one card effectively makes Ecstasy stronger.
But I could definitely be a lot more...
Would be nice if there was a type of uncounterable damage - True Damage.
I just don't see why this new damage type would be nice. It would mean Ecstasy would be that much stronger and craftsman decks a whole lot weaker.
extasy counter what does that mean ?
[card]Ecstasy[/card]
Often considered one of the most OP cards in the game and usually banned from tournaments.
This card would be effective against it.
why not just chain since it's race linked to undead anyway
It's an item so it could be used by golems.
