I still have this same problem. It has been this way for me for a few days now, and they said that they are working on it, but so far no luck
I really hope they get it fixed soon. I bought mine exclusively for the man-hunt event that is going on right now and wanted to get the extra cards to help with the quests. It is kinda late for help with the quests, but I at the very least want the keys
I hear ya. I am also hoping my cards are good ones!! LOL

About 20 minutes ago I bought a premium booster along with 3 other card packs. The only one that is giving me issue is the premium booster. When I click to open it, I get the error: Sorry, an error has occured, the product could not be opened correctly. I have cleared my cache on both browsers and both machines and flash is up to date on both. (Chrome and Firefox)
Please do let me know what is wrong as this was purchased for the 5 keys along with the cards, of course!

do you have to have bought a pack to open chests??
LOL - Yeah, I rarely use IE. Only for work or sites that "require" it. Did you try Firefox?
BTW, how many keys do you have? And yes, you need keys to open chests. Really, there is one 0 key chest on each island, but after that chest you will need keys.... and lots of them. 48 I think.

It is a flash problem.
my flash is updated but the web storage for eredan is set at "unlimited"
and i thought this might be the reason why the chest map not working.
to correct the problem, i go to the flash setting and delete eredan site from the storage setting, reload the game, and it works.
i've opened all the chest now.

cleared my cached, opened from itcg.eredan, still can't open the chest
Did you try upgrading your Flash?

I can't access the map on facebook, but if you go to itcg.eredan.com you can login via facebook and click on the map.
As soon as I played directly, I was able to use the map.

I'm in the same boat as you. I have only 3 keys, but it doesn't matter. Nothing on the map works. I have posted in another forum. Should I get the answer there, I will post here.

Still no clickable items on the map. I have only 3 keys, but cannot use them because I can't access the damn map. I have cleared my cache on Chrome, used different browsers, still nothing. Any ideas? Anyone? Help!!

Okay, maybe I am missing something, but nothing on my map is clickable. Is there something I am not doing correctly? Is that not the true starting point? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
