The game is programmed this way - the percentage of performing min attack is way higher than max. The characters perform max attack 5-10% of the time.
Other random effect like sared nova or Dhan are equally distributed.

You never watch that video on youtube of someone playing [card]Cloning[/card] + [card]Hungry Void[/card], calling 2 [card]Mastery[/card] from both discards and the game crashing because of the infinite copies of Mastery created?

I guess you have to delete them in facebook

There are bugs, and they are taken in account and corrected as soon as possible.
This is a known bug. Known since day one of the card.
