Never, I was excited when she came out because I thought she would be added to TTtSS but she wasn't and doe not belong in this deck.

I forgot about cloning, its a good card to put in.
Put in some double clay if you like, put some counters in and the deck will be amazing

but she was added to turn to the shadow side

for all i care it wouldn't work. let's take kuraying: atk +2 if you play a shadow spell.
1 - select characters that get into battle
2 - select the cards that these chars will play
3 - the effect of kuraying gaining his bonus activates before the effects of the spells take place
4 - the spells played activate at this point

so mastery would bcome into place at least after step 4 which means it would not trigger mallascaria's effect

tha's what i think but experience showed me that some card effects are just not standardized, which means it could work but feerik could "fix" that as bug anyway...

i'm playing a zil dagger and managed to outlast him once or twice, shame i don't come across that guy more often... he's a good challenge!

they can but aberration is warrior only and non afiliated to any caste. limited there. pretty tough though
i just don't get: n'gaba become priest marauder. then you merge them for creating aberration too?

the extra cards are:
3 outlaw
1 defend your territory
maelstrom
assassination
dark stone heart
2 at daggers drawn
on the road
living dagger


i tried favor of the dawn but didn't like it at all
maelstrom is a great alternative to rain of arrows, dismemberment and storm - and it goes great in certain situations with hit the road, or only by itself

i'm running a zil dagger deck with a few of those. but in fairness i wanna know what's the big deal with it. attack +2, defense +1, lasts 2 fights, chain sweet! and +1 damage received...

what do you guys say about this card. in fairness, despite the increase of damage received, if feels the deck runs smoother with them.

the card [card]outlaw[/card] states that the character playing it suffers 1 extra damage, in the german version it states the character deals 1 extra damage. what is correct?

isn't 100 000 volts a little pushy? maybe it should be unique? and the compendium secret: i love the idea of it, i just hope i won't get too milled with my marauders naow! (dark stone heart save me!)

blessing of the phoenix too, should either be unique or last less turns, that's my opinion, but let's see what happens.

and i loved the new noz concept of messing the tpping/untapping up! starts to look libe blue in magic lol!

ye that card is really strong and it lasts 2 rounds

personally i can understand your aim to make a hybrid deck... fast and strong damage as well as a tiny focus on survivability BUT 30 cards are too much imo

adding 10 more cards to a deck which's main goal is to deal an enourmous amount of damage in as short time as possible is a hindrance. a zil dagger deck is just fast and fast only! if you blow your stuff and the enemy makes it past round 5 you are most likely to lose this anyways... i dont think its reasonable to go for defense improvements in this kind of deck (but this is just my opinion)

that's exactly my point

there are just so many turns you can play in a zil dagger without running out of ideas since the main point is to do the best attacks right on the beggining of the game. if for some reason the game goes past the 5th turn you're sweating already. what i want to do is try a possibility of playing this same deck with a little twist, and in fairness, i've tried a few matches already with increased number of cards and the deck runs smoother alright...

i get you calandra and thanks for the input, but i wanna slighly improve the defensive side of the deck withought completely disfiguring it. i find the synergy important and i have in mind that a deck that goes up to 30 cards in this fashion should be alright. then again, it's possible it will be oddily weakened against discard.

and what's the story with this card: outlaw? it says +1 to damage recived but is that accurate? because the price of it in the market makes me wonder if it is...

hmm... favor huh? nice idea! it's a kind of offensive card too!

edit: i wonder though, wouldn't deirf break the synergy between characters guildwise?

saphyra, abomb and zil plus all the standard cards usually present on a dagger master/beatdown deck.

But it ocurred to me that, given the increase on the card limit i could work more on the vulnerabilities of the deck somehow.

So far i've only gotten [card]defend your territory[/card], [card]dark stone heart[/card] and [card]artrezil's heritage[/card] as "defensive" cards. But i'd like to improve that somehow without giving in too much from the main strenghts of the deck (trickery bitchy direct damage and sheer brute force).

What ideas can we have about it.

Of course i don't wanna create a deck with a counter for each situation. i'm looking for a set of general ideas and i'll add my own pinch of salt according to my taste and the current running high tier decks.

What do you tell me?

you don't think that's to little daggers and to many one offs?

nope. that's just about right, although see what you feel more comfortable with, you can throw one living dagger there if you want. i'd take chink in the armor too and put another at daggers drawn instead

I mean, it must be part of your srategy, but it mustn't be your trategy.
when you play dagger master only, I think you focus too much on the dagger and it makes you less effective...
and living dagger isn't better than dagger of sufferance!
living dagger activate after the fight.
maybe it heals you, but you may not even use the +2 attack...
if your character doesn't fight twice, if you play dagger master or if you get one shotted...
whereas the dagger of sufferance will always give you the attack bonus immediately.
and the +1 def for shadow and abo is a bit like a +1 health against physical attack... ^^'

this happenned with me today about 10 times... in a row! every game i get into lags after i click next on the discard phase on the 3rd turn. always the same way always on the 3rd turn. the time bar disappears and nothing happens then. I've only been playing on the training and level rooms. Really annoying that! From two different computers, firefox and chrome in both.

you have 8 daggers: 4 of them are NOT dual wield. I see trouble there - instead of 2 fist blades, try 2 living dagger. Then you may have a go at once upon a time instead of it's time so you can activate the daggers automatically in a pinch and still have the order bonus.

i agree with u, soulst3al3r. we shouldn't have to endure this kind of stuff in fairness. and if we do, the compensation should be a lot better (sumefin' like "the average sale price on the date of the announcement of the card changes)

yet the game has a lot of potential too. let's wait and see what comes out of it.

why not someone create a topic with the suggestion above or sumfin' alike? we can at least try to minimize any possible harm.
