I followed all requirements...no windows closed, am a new customer, completed immediately...spent 7x the required minimum amount and it is supposed to credit straight away but nothing has been received. Supposed to receive 1350 Feez. I assume a mod will pick this up from here, eredan account is Shuke, receipt number from godaddy is 420191886

Same happened to me with go daddy, an I never received my feez, better luck to you.

Did you try to contact the support of GoDaddy, I missed the part when you try to make Free Feez offer.
When you have free feez offer trouble, you must contact the partner support, Feerik can't do anything on these free offer.

I try to exactly know who might be in charge for this.
I don't have goDaddy as a partnership in my Free Feez offer.
On which page did you had this offer ? Sponsorpay ? Trialpay ? SuperRewards ?
Theses partners offer link to deal to receive Feez.
They are responsible for their offers.
If godaddy is a link in such a page, you have to contact the partner. (Sponsorpay,....)
These partners have also support on their pages.

Why is this being turned into a constant 'pass the buck' session, it boils down to you guys have the ability to provide a customer (me) with a product to which he upon acting in good faith is entitled to. I can prove via the receipt that I fulfilled my obligations...why can't someone with the appropriate powers just fix this instead of constantly pointing elsewhere...
I contacted godaddy and here at the same time, they replied within the hour with the reply I listed in my earlier message. I've since posted here several times and also 2 private messages to Sapphon with no reply.
I have done what was required by me, I can and have furnished the receipt details. It shouldn't be up to me to chase this up when I have fulfilled my obligations.

This 'ITS EVERYONES FAULT BUT OURS' mentality is insane when clearly this is something you have the ability to fix, and should want to fix this seeing as it is hosted on YOUR game as an incentive to further players desire to participate. I shouldn't have to chase this up any further, as I previously stated I fulfilled my obligations as listed on YOUR website....if this information is incorrect then that sure is not my fault.
Given the general consensus on these boards about customer support then no, unfortunately it's not that surprising Sapphon has not replied...and yes I used the direct link from these boards so once again, I used the information given to me ...to contact him/her.

This is a reoccurring issue, already another customer has posted in this thread he had the exact same problem so this is clearly something that needs to be fixed from your level, not mine.

If you spend real money directly on the site to have Feez, yes, it's Feerik responsibility.
If you use a third partner offer to have a reward, it's responsibility of the partner to give you an answer.
Feerik is not aware of what happens in the process between Trialpay and Feerik, Trialpay can give you this answer.
Now you can cry against Feerik but you doesn't use your money with them.
This leads me to a solution : Feerik remove all the partner offers, this will suppress this type of thread.

Not really. For the simple reason that you are not buying us a service we get from someone else, but you are asking someone else to buy you a service. If this someone else didn't buy you the service, it's him you have to get explainations from, not us ;p

If a business is going to enter into any sort of business arrangement with a 'third party' such that Feerik has done with Trialpay then the onus is indeed on him to ensure the correct functionality of that. This is shoddy support at its finest...the simple facts are I did what was required....several times and you just keep trying to handball it to anyone and everyone without trying to fix a re-occurring problem with an arrangement this is listed on YOUR website. I'll cite another real world example for you to ignore, restaurants usually have their coffee cups supplied by a coffee company emblazoned with the coffee brands logo....is it up to me to do a quality assurance check on the cup each time I order a coffee?....hell no, that's the business's responsibility. You guys have the business arrangement....you sort it out.

Remove all partner offers....go for it....and watch your player base drop, I'm sure a lot of your paying customers supplement their feez with these offers (when they seldom work) so go ahead. I'm guessing you yourself are quite young, littering your selectively responsive (no acknowledgement of the other guy that had same issue) post with terms like 'cry' only to humorously follow up with the old 'taking my bat and ball and going home' approach......bravo.

OK, take an example from real life.
When you are in a restaurant, to who give you the money ?
The coffee provider ? The restaurant ?
Here you give your "money" to trialpay not to Feerik.
Feerik allows to partner to have a window to offer some deals.
The content of the deals are the onus of the partner.
When you are in a shopping mail and you buy some clothes in a shop, which is responsible for a bad clothes the shopping mail or the shop in which you buy your stuff ?
The window for the Free Feez deal is like a shopping mail, Feerik offers the opportunity to have theses offers in one place, like the shopping mail offer some shops in one place.
The contents of the shops are the onus of the shops, not the shopping mail.
Again, I try to give you the best answers I can on this subject.
I'm not part of Feerik crew. Don't say "you" to me when you speak about Feerik.

i ve had this problem once myself. it was more then a year ago by now ... making some free offer to get some 120 feez or whatnot... doing everything that is asked of you one should expect to get what was offered but it didnt happen so i was sending a message to the staff... they said i should contact the company putting the offer, i did that via an email that i found on their website. the answer came prompt and clear:
'what are feez?'
back then i wrote another mail to explain what the whole deal was about that i took some offer and blah stuff didnt get the points i wanted... they send another email:
'unfortunately we cannot help you in this matter. for further help please contact your game provider'
i was a bit confused and forwarded that email to the feerik support. in the end i ve got the feez that i wanted but i dont know whom to thank for it now... did feerik do it themselves? or did they clear things with that offering company?
the problem is, that as a customer u are left alone and they push you from one person to the next with no clear responsebility. the feerik forum is a clear base where someone can express in detail what happend and here i think is where most of the anger remains because its a bit less anonymous then the support service of some unknown company one has somehow nothing to do with.
as i see it: feerik does 'not' hold responsiblity for the offers given on the free feez section 'but' if some company gives such an offer and refuses to pay the feez granted in the offer it was simply a nice act to look into that matter and make a direct contact with that company or the service provider to clear the matter... this should help decreasing the level of frustration a lot because the customer sees that someone wants to help him get his rights... in the end feerik will notice whether the offering company is holding their side of the contract or not and if they dont... on feeriks side i would cancel the contract with that provider.

Captain Oblivious I think you mean....I'm aware the majority or 'free' feez offers are jacked but in this case I parted with factual currency at the behest of the offer, otherwise I would not have bothered....paying for a service not to receive it and then getting pinballed.....
Sapphon has said he has asked someone to look at it and he has the specific details to trace the transaction so I shall await the outcome in the short term.
